Right next to Aktivitetsbyen Gamle Fredrikstad you will find Kongstenbadet and Installatøren Arena, formerly known as Kongstenhallen. Here you can combine your accommodation with a swim, a workout or a sports event - with a short walking distance back to your cabin, room or campsite.
Kongstenbadet – outdoor summer joy
Kongstenbadet's open-air swimming pool is a popular summer destination for both young and old. The facility has a heated 50-metre pool, children's and paddling pool, family slide, diving board and diving tower. Large green areas provide space to relax and enjoy the summer day between swims, and there is a kiosk on site.

Kongstenbadet – swimming and playing indoors
In the indoor facility you will find a 25-metre pool, a separate children's pool and saunas in the changing rooms. The swimming pool is suitable for both those who want an active swimming session, and for families who want to have a nice time in the water.
The offer follows its own opening hours and season. Some courts are used for organized training, and stays in the children's pool can be booked via the municipality's website.

Installatøren Arena – sports and events
Kongstenhallen is now called Installatøren Arena and is an important meeting place for sports and events in Fredrikstad. The hall is used by schools, teams and associations for training, matches and tournaments, and is the home arena for Fredrikstad Ballklubb's elite women's team.
If you are going to participate in a cup, follow the team from the stands or visit an event, the Activity City is a convenient place to stay close by. The visiting hours depend on the individual activity or event.
MOVA Fredrikstad – training during your stay
In Installatøren Arena is MOVA Fredrikstad, a clear fitness center with equipment for strength and cardio training. Here you will find, among other things, free weights, exercise equipment and cardio equipment, as well as the opportunity for personal training.
